Who I am
I'm Jose Gallego , a multidisciplinary front-end engineer (I also do a bit of backend). I'm from Ibagué, Tolima, Colombia 🇨🇴, and I'm currently based in CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina 🇦🇷.
What I do
I'm currently working as a Software Engineer at a really cool startup in Argentina called Incubator, helping boost new startups from the ground up by bringing value and driving growth.
What I Did
Over the past few years at Incubator, I've grown from a front-end-focused role into a much more well-rounded and versatile full-stack developer. I've been involved in all kinds of projects, which has helped me grow both technically and professionally. One of the things I value most about this experience is the freedom to explore different tech stacks and take ownership of features and products from start to finish. I've also been very involved in client interactions—leading meetings, gathering feedback, and making sure what we build actually solves real-world problems. Working at a fast-paced startup pushed me to learn quickly, adapt constantly, and step out of my comfort zone.
